EXTRACONTEXTUALS: It's a Jungle Out There!

Back in 2003, during a Reconnections Workshop called "What's Ahead for the Planet Earth?" one of the participants asked the Guides about Extraterrestrials---who they are, and what they mean. The Guides responded: "The more accurate term we would use, regarding these and similar beings, would be the term "Extra-Contextuals." This term goes much further in explaining ETs than making distinctions between Earthlings and people who live on some other planet. We say that something is "Extra-contextual" when it seems clear that IT DOESN'T BELONG HERE. It seems out of context. Out of place. It feels ALIEN to us.
This term could also describe the appearance of Faeries (Ultraterrestrials), Devas, Gods, Goddesses, Angels, Demons, Little Green Men, Pegasus, Dinosaurs, Unicorns, Amorphous Blobs that gobble up people, and a whole host of other "phenomena" that might cross your path at some point. It doesn't always have to involve OTHER PLANETS, although using it in that way (Extraterrestrials, or ETs) has seemed to fit the need of many people up to now."
THE ONE AND THE MANY
Humanity is now transitioning from being Citizens of a Single Universe to becoming Citizens of the Multiverse. We're traveling from 3D into 4D and beyond. There isn't just One Earth anymore. In truth, there never was. There have always been a whole spreadsheet of alternative "Earths," each one embodying something different---according to the needs and interests of the creators who spun them into existence.
Inhabiting those alternative universes are various alternative beings as well---a veritable "Star Wars Bar" of Diversity. As we open doorways between the world that we know and these alternative variations, it is only natural that we may encounter beings, along the way, which are far different than anything we might have dreamed. In some instances, the divergence is so traumatic that humans instinctively de-select them from perception. In other instances, Divergent Beings develop skills to cloak themselves, so that their extreme appearance doesn't scare us so badly.
These latter solutions to the dilemma are natural functions of The Veil, and will eventually pass. In their place will be a growing awareness of humanity's ONENESS with everything and everyone. There is an old saying which goes: "There is no such thing as a stranger. There are only friends that you have yet to meet." Oneness takes this wonderful friendliness even further:
(From the Recons): "The Universe of your perception: the people, places, objects, and interactive processes once thought of as containing you--but still essentially separate is nothing more than a gigantic self-portrait, painted in continually expanding, repetitive patterns in every direction into infinity. This is so because, in order to perceive something, a person has to interpret the images that are being fed to his brain. With that interpretation, the observer becomes the creator of his personal reality. The grid through which all images and information passes is made entirely of each individual's unique vibratory essence. Therefore, his reality always "looks like him." <end quote>
BELIEVING IS SEEING
As the Reconnections explain, in their transmission entitled "Belief and Human Need," people don't believe things because of the evidence provided by some argument. They believe things according to their NEED for a certain belief. The same thing is true when it comes to recognizing and welcoming Extracontextuals into their space.
Recon Santar, who we met during the "ET Factor Series," is part of a race of beings who, if seen in their native format, would resemble what we know as a Praying Mantis. They are one of those races who have learned how to shape shift, or cloak their natural form. He's a great old guy, as are all the Santari, very loving and helpful to humanity. During that initial transmission, he told us:
"You gaze up towards heaven, and you seek to define and understand what is represented there. You have named "heavenly bodies" after Gods, Goddesses, and other highly exalted Beings. You study planets, star systems, nebulae---you create charts and graphs---and you believe things are exactly as you have outlined them in your files.
The Community of Science in your world is dedicated to examining and believing, based upon what is seen and observed in 3D. Up till now, science has attempted to be quite black and white about its findings. Things were either "true" or they were "false." But Quantum Mechanics is slowly changing all that. And along with it, humanity is changing too.
While all this is occurring, that which exists "above" (to use your popular imagery) is also reaching out to you. It reaches from realms unseen, undefined, offering tones from the Oneself that wish to be seen, felt, and experienced. There is a risk there, because there are many individuals who tend to closely define and then deify what they observe.
Others even try to kill what they don't understand. Remember what we said happens to a book, when it becomes public? It truly becomes the intellectual property of whoever reads it. Even today, there are people who seek to burn books! As we have also said previously: To be observed, is to become one with the observer. To see God is to be God.
Are you ready to be changed to such an extent? This information would represent an expansion of the ancient axiom: "As above, so below." What you see is what you be. And this is as true for those who exist "above," as it is for those who are below. "As below, so above."
There are many communities presently, who are seeking to examine the unseen realms. You have religion, philosophy, science, and metaphysics (to name just a few). When a religious person reaches to heaven, he calls it prayer. When God reaches back from heaven, you might call that an Angel. The Angel's essence, then, becomes a Middle Ground between the viewpoint of the human and the actuality of God. It is made up of all of yourself that you seek to extend upwards, combined with all of God that wishes to come down.
An Angel, then, would be part God and part human. But humans cannot usually handle that knowledge. It is too intimidating for them. And so they place angels (or other messenger spirits, like Elves and Faeries) in some kind of "netherworld," a place that exists between waking and sleeping consciousness. Many of you have also done this with Extraterrestrials as well.
But truly, an Angel becomes part of whoever sees it or witnesses its existence. And once such a being is seen and observed in 3D......... it, too, is no longer Extra-Contextual. It has become grounded into form (even if that form is only human memory). It follows that, when the Angel departs, a portion of it gets left behind--- prevented from leaving, if you will, somewhat like the little creature in "ET, the Extraterrestrial."
When humanity reaches into the heavens and studies the stars, you call that Astronomy. When the stars reach back, you call that a UFO. All UFOs are quite subjective, even in the way they are reported in the media, or in official records of your government. They are referred to as "unidentified," because once they are identified, they cease to be "extra" terrestrial. At that point, they are part of your Earth Experience. Do you understand what we are saying?"
IT'S GOING ON ALL AROUND US
The Reconnections have an interesting definition for the term "Illusion." They say: "The only illusion there is would be the belief that what is seen, in any given space, is ALL THERE IS that exists there."
There is so much more to Planet Earth than could ever meet the eye! And it's going on all around us. We only see what we choose to see. But it's all there.
In the movie "Contact," starring Jodie Foster, a machine was built (supposedly) to take humanity into alternative universes, so we could see the diversity that we actually are. Various countries of the Earth invested huge amounts of money so that we could know what we previously had not known.
When Ellie Arroway (Jodie's character in the movie) returned from her incredible journey, she told a story that was very subjective in nature, which dumbfounded the leaders of the world. After all, they were scientists, and they wanted scientific "proof" of what exists just beyond our perception. (In most instances, the word "scientific" and "objective" are used interchangeably) Instead, Ellie told them a story about meeting someone who looked like her deceased father, in a planetary system called Vega, which looked strangely like a picture of Pensacola, Florida that Ellie had painted when she was a little girl. The whole business made Earth folks very suspicious.
Ellie responded to their queries by saying: "They (the Vegans) told me that this is the way it has been done for billions of years."
"This is the way?" WHAT is the way? SUBJECTIVITY. We all see what we're ready to see when we're ready to see it. And, even though military and scientific foundations spend exorbitant amounts of money trying to "objectify" what is meant to be subjective.........it is still possible for ANYONE, ANYWHERE to explore Outer and Inner Space from an armchair in his or her living room.
In her book series around the subject of "Talking to Extraterrestrials," Lizette Larkins has some brilliant insights and techniques for opening oneself to the level of consciousness where Extracontextuals reside. The question "Are they there?" is no longer relevant. EVERYTHING is there, in EVERY WAY it needs to be manifest. The bigger questions becomes: "What am I ready to deal with meeting at this stage in my life?"
Sitting around and waiting for flying saucers to land on the White House Lawn seems ridiculous. The White House has enough problems admitting to things that are clear, and right in front of its face. Let's not complicate matters by requiring the Administration to deal with things bizarre and other-worldly. Let's leave that task to Meta-Humans, or "Meta-Morphs" (as Lizette calls us). It is WE who have chosen to be Earth's Ambassadors, during this time of Global Transition. The Politicians will follow along soon enough. All they have to perceive is the possibility of making money from perceiving more, and the tables will turn in a flash. Indeed, there are those who believe that contact has already been made at the official levels. But that's another story.
Extracontextuals. It's a jungle out there! Any explorers or discoverers in the house? Let us hear from you. It's fun to share pictures and stories from afar. With all the Trans-Portals that are opening, all over the Earth, it turns out that "far" isn't so very far after all.
