Visionary: They have an ability to comprehend the Big Picture, formulating tangible goals and appropriate action to meet those goals.
Efficient: Their motivation to arrange things well and properly delegate, means that maximal benefit can be attained by all, with minimal effort.
No-Nonsense: The expression "If you want something done, ask a busy person" definitely applies to those with the Orientation toward Administration. They don't waste motions, and speed of delivery is a priority with them.
Alert and Resourceful: Administrators have a natural awareness of resources that may be needed for a project, and who might be available to complete the task(s) at hand.
Appropriate: Those with this Orientation tend to delegate well and wisely.
Strategic: When entering a new social circle, those with this gift tend to stand on the sidelines and watch, waiting for others recognize their ability and request that they take over. After that happens, stand aside.......for you are in "good hands!"
Bold: Administrators have a tendency to assume responsibility if no clear leadership has been established. (But if there is already leadership in place, he will usually wait to be asked by that leader for help).
Durable: They are willing to listen to complaints from subordinates if it means achieving the stated goal. A delight in seeing all the pieces of a project come together, and knowing that there are those who appreciate the finished product.
Always in Motion: As soon as the state goal(s) are achieved, an Administrator is anxious to find a new one.
Administration--Practiced to an Extreme
Their ability to delegate and supervise may sometimes look like they are lazy, or wanting to avoid work.
An Administrator's ability to endure criticism may sometimes appear as callousness.
The occasional neglect of explaining why things are being done the way they are may appear to workers as if they he is taking advantage of them.
Seeing people as potential resources for achievement may occasionally seem that projects are more important to Administrators than people.
The desire to complete tasks quickly may come off as ruthlessness and lack of love.
