$599.00 per person.

These are powerful times.  Transitional times.   In an effort to facilitate ALL who wish to participate in this event, we have shifted our usual Conclave format to include basic Workshop Expenses only---allowing each person to expand his or her journey in Sedona as time, funds, and individual desire might dictate.  See below for accommodations availability and costs.

 Topics for Consideration:
  • Detailed Definitions and Application Material to help you discern and utilize your Core Motivational and Spiritual Gifts.  The material contained in the mp3 Teleclass files is just a start. This week-long focus will take those basic ideas to entirely new levels. More information about Clans and Tribes is arriving daily from the Inner Planes, and they are meant to be discovered and activated in COMMUNITY.

  • Forming of Clans:  Learning how to identify, gather, and nurture your very own Family of the Heart.  Teleclass File Download on this idea will be available soon.

  • Gathering of Tribes:  The New Earth will be Multi-Centric.  Each Tribe or Guild will have its own "heartbeat," and will become like its own sun, as those with similar Gifts and Motivations form alliances that assist their common purpose.  We will identify our own colors, style of dress, scents, and tones. Moving from Tribe to Tribe will be like exploring the Multidimensional Self.

  • Understanding the Newly Awakening Meta-Human Brain

  • Remembering Together Societal Organization Concepts Once Used in Atlantis and Lemuria.

  • Break Out Sessions for Tribal Organization and Communion.

  • Learning to use Sound, Language, Movement, and Postural Alignments for Personal and Tribal Activation and Remembrance.

REGULAR TIMES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR PERSONAL EXPLORATION OF VORTEXES, SHOPPING, SIGHTS, AND ENERGIES OF SEDONA!

THIS CONCLAVE, I AM TOLD, WILL BE THE FOUNDATIONAL ELEMENT FOR THE FORMATION OF MANY "ENCLAVES" IN YEARS TO COME--EACH ONE FORMED AROUND A SPECIFIC ORIENTATION GIFT AND TRIBAL ESSENCE.

  • Accommodations, meals, local transportation and airfare are not included in the event price.

  • For those who enjoy the atmosphere of a personal retreat, or who wish to stay with other Conclave participants,  lodging is available at our Conclave location.  The Briar Patch Inn just 3 miles north of Sedona city center, is a collection of 18 well appointed cabins, on 10 beautiful acres right on Oak Creek.

  • We've reserved a small number of Briar Patch Cabins for our group  (Oriole, Oak, Robin, Eagle and Sycamore)  These cabins hold 3-4 persons and most have full kitchens. After registering for the Conclave,  we will give you a confirmation number which will allow you  to reserve a bed in  these  shared accommodations by contacting the Briar Patch at 1-888-809-3030.  Rates are $69/per person (plus 6.52% tax) and include a gourmet breakfast . The Inn also has cabins for two at a higher price.

  • Everything is first come, first serve...so book your cabin space quickly For the shared cabins, one night's deposit is due upon booking; with the balance payable by 8/1. Deposits are 100% refundable until 8/1, with no refunds thereafter unless your space in the cabin is filled by someone else.

  • You can also book cabins that we haven't reserved for the Conclave.  Rates are $179/night and up for 2 people.

  • For  single accommodations or if you have other needs, see Nina.

  • Lodging in Sedona is available for as low as $60/per room (plus tax).  If four people share a room, rates can be as low as $20 per person/night.

  • Below is a list of 3 small economy motels, within 3-4 miles of the Briar Patch, that are known to be "clean and cheap".   These are small motels that fill quickly, as this is high season in Sedona, so book your room early.  Links to other accommodation sites are below.

  • We can  provide you with the names of people who are interested in sharing a room in an off site hotel, inn, B &B, or motel.

  • Campsites  in Coconino National Forest  are available at $14-18/night.   A few miles from the Conclave is Manzanita Campground:  A little further north is    Cave Springs, which has coin operated showers .

  • Optional group trips can be arranged  to Sedona's  Red Rocks and  energy vortexes    (Boynton Canyon, Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, etc), as well as Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, and the Grand Canyon,  though you can easily drive to any of these yourself.   If you want company, just grab a few Conclave participants and go! There will be enough free time during the Conclave to visit, hike, shop and otherwise enjoy the beautiful Sedona area.

  • Catered group lunches and dinners at the Briar Patch  will be arranged for those who are interested , whether you stay at the Briar Patch or elsewhere.

  • We encourage those of you from out of the area to rent cars and we are happy to provide referrals to others who want to share in the cost of a car rental.

  • If you have a home in the Sedona area and would like to host one or more Conclave attendees,  please let us know.   We're also keeping a list of anyone who would be willing to offer transportation to and from the Briar Patch for those staying off site.
